5VZ / 3RE steering rack and A-arm interchaneability

So I got into my first car accident today. My runner needs new drivers side suspension components and a new steering rack. I have a 4x4 5VZ and am wondering if the rack and front end are the same as runners with the 3RE and 4x2. Need to fix ASAP!

Dont know about the rack, but I am running a driver's side lower control arm from a 3rz. When I compared them, they seemed to be the same dimensions, BUT my alignment adjustment on the drivers side is WAY OUT. It did align, but I wonder if the dimensions are slightly off so that more adjustment is required.

I have had no ill effects, but I just lifted a little more, so we will see how this next alignment goes...

Look up the part numbers for the 5VZ and 3RZ trucks on Rockauto. If they match, they match.

Haha. Such a simple solution. Yes they are the same on rock auto.
