You can fit 285's on stock suspension but your gonna probably have to tub the firewall and certainly trim the wheel wells, something you don't seem to want to do. Like skydivingdude said you need to figure out what your going to be using the rig for (rocks, mud, overland/expedition) and build your suspension with that in mind. Don't just lift it for the sake of lifting it.
Oh yeah, and the LC rear shock will work well in the rear but watch your droop cause if I recall correctly the LC shock is longer than the available downtravel so you may unseat the coil. I'm not sure about that b/c I haven't used them but thats my .02
