!!87 4runner Stolen NJ!!

I'm not It sure where to post this but I needed to put it somewhere.

Last night my 87 runner was stolen from my apartment in palmyra nj. South jersey

Some of you guys know me but for those who don't.

It's the grayish color and lifted 4" on 35s. Has a soft topper and is super clean.

I rather lose my job, and now the insurance company is gonna surely screw me. I don't have receipts for anything, all paperwork and even original window sticker are in a folder in the truck...

So sorry. Did you make a police report? If you live in an apartment complex find out who tows for them. They are supposed to enter the vin with the police when they tow. Physically go down and check their lot. Several times I have seen a rogue employee "forget" to report the tow on an older/desirable vehicle on the hopes that they could seize/own it after 90 days for "storage fees". If there's broken glass where it was parked, yup it's stolen. Also cruise around the area, alleys etc. and see if you can locate it. Sometimes it's just a joy ride until the gas runs out. I wish you luck.

I have literally done all of that, and im friends with the owner or the company that tows for them and the police dept. No broken glass because it had my soft topper on it...

We had a t4r stolen and it was recovered month later at the port in a container
Heading to South Africa ? Cops said they love toy trucks over there and they are
Theft targets in the states especially the older ones, good luck hope it comes home. And if it does and you keep rag top install some type of ignition kill switch

Man that's to bad!
I know my old 86' would start with just about any key, for that reason I installed a new lock cylinder (80 bucks) and used a good'ol club on the wheel.
Yes not foolproof but makes it a little harder, especially when the top is off.

I hope she is returned safe and sound!
