94 V6 with plow need leveling advice.

I just joined and been reading up on alot of good stuff here.

I have a 1994 4runner V6 4x4. It has a Fisher plow setup and does a great job at plowing. I'd like to keep the truck level when the plow is up. Right now when the plow is raised, the front end drops about 3 inches.

I haven't looked under the front end, but I think I have torsion bars.
Do I buy the torsion bars and shocks from below?

I would do 1.5" Ball Joint Spacers from 4crawler.com and a set of Sway Away Torsion bars...

For something that heavy id get a thicker bar from sway away or Downey

The stock bars are 22.something mm, OME is 23.8 I believe and the others 25mm+

People usually use the OMEs for big bumpers and winches because they make the ride a little better but I imagine a plow is much heavier.

Thanks guys. I'll look into the bars and spacers.

Is there a limit to how much I can adjust my ride height with the stock torsion bars? Lets say if I crank the adjusting nut all the way? Will I just end up snapping the bars under this heavy load? Just curious before I start buying parts.

Oh, and if I get spacers and new torsion bars, do I need extended travel shocks or can I keep the stock shocks? After all, I'm just trying to keep it from sagging under load, but don't need it to be hugely lifted without the plow.

I don't have a quick answer for you but like most topics, you'll find the people on this forum LOVE to see photos.
A T4R with a plow sounds pretty cool, can you throw a photo up on here? Plus if you take it from the side, it will help us see how much front drop you're dealing with.....

I'll snap some pics and post them later tonight. I already have about 400# of sand in the back and she is more level and sags much less than without. I think the spacers and torsion bars will definitely help.

Another question is when I get the spacer and torsion bars, do I need camber bolts to get an alignment or is there enough adjustment with the stock setup to accomodate the extra ride height and the resulting positive camber?

Also, what is the thickest spacer that can be used without any kind of suspension contact or issues.

Sorry for all the questions. I'm not very familiar with the 4runner platform.
