95 4runner Rear window issue that hasn't been addressed!

I've looked through the forum and my window problem is that the fluid button works, the wiper doesn't work, and when i push the button or insert the key, the window clicks but doesn't roll down at all.. any help would be great. Thanks!

Read up where he talks about the wiper arm position in relation to the window not rolling up or down. This might be your problem.
