On 3rd gen runners, the license plate is surrounded by a valance or molding. On my 97 runner, the '4Runner' is attached to it at the top above the license plate. After a few years, this piece is worn out and need to replace. I thought of sanding it and repainting, but will think about it only if the price of a replacement is $$$$. Someone has to know what this is called and where to find it?
