Hello so my 99 3.4L 4runner has been out of commission for a couple days now. At first it wouldn't start then when I went to pop the hood my friend was able to turn it over. Next morning, I go out all the lights on the dash came on and as soon as I tried to crank it . . . dead. I was able to jump it later let it run for 30 minutes, got the alternator tested, its fine. This morning same thing nothing I pulled the battery and got it tested, its fine, crankin 12 volts. I put it back in, put the runner in neutral and it still wouldn't turn over. And the gauges in my dash were acting spazzy after this. Any ideas what I might be looking at? I don't think it's the starter either since I was able to jump it.

Battery cables or connections? Ground connections? When you say it won't turn over is the starter clicking? Is the battery dead again (measure with VOM) Who is testing your alternator and battery?
