99 factory coil vs aftermarket 99 coil

I have searched the forum and have not seen this question answered.
Will the moog coil for a 99 have the same lift as the factory oem 99?
I am not looking for a large lift just a little on a small budget. My suspension is in a bad need of a redo. I can get all new struts, coils, and shocks for 382$
Any help would be apreciated!!!!

A quick check on Moogs website shows the same rear spring part number for 1996-2000 4Runners. So no, they likely wont be the same as OE "Tall" springs. Unless you constantly overload your truck, your springs are likely OK. Fresh shocks/struts will make a world of difference on their own.

Thanks. Bought it in November for a hunting rig. 130k mikes. Shocks and struts are definitely wore out. I don't off road just haul a ranger around all winter. Thought it it would be better to replace all four corners and Would like to get an extra inch while I'm at it
