So i guess i will post up my bumper build here in my build hahaha i decided to go with the Ooutdoor Logic bumper since not many of us have them and it look pre good o start with!!

now there is a lil bit of test fitting to make sure it fits well





Now off To the powder coating and to who i took it too you may ask?? it is Rite Way fencing / powdercoating and i do recommend them they are faster than calgary powder coating or top gun and no 1-2 week wait i had my bumper back in 3 days there just by barlow and glenmore!!

i used different ones from NAPA they are a high count LED instead of the single LED they supplied, Im happy with them all i need to do is just replace the flasher to a LED flasher!!

amazing custom build!

Alright here is a lil bit of my rack light build still not finished but getting there first of all imma thank redsonja (james) for all the welding!!
since i will never shorten my rack i decided to have it welded together

after alot of grinding and sanding it was time to prime it and get her ready for paint i was not too picky about it being perfect

while i had the primer drying i went out and bought some L bracket cut them up and paint aswell

next was to paint the whole rack before i just used a scotch brite pad and scuffed the surface so the paint will be all even and not original rola black and the new flat black the paint i used was a flat black by tremclad hopefully it will with stand alot of abuse

as you can see i just re used the old mounts

Now it is the part i will hate the most is doing a wiring harness the front bar will be controlled by a switch same with the side ones and the rear i was just thinking to wire it up to the reverse lights that's the only time i will ever use them

the way you mounted that to the factory rails is awesome!!
i like how it sits lower to the roof. what did you use to fit/make those custom brackets inside the railing where the factory cross bars slide in????

Thanks guys and yes I hooked the rear LEDs to a switch so I can blind those pesky tailgaters
