A 5th Gen Christmas

Most people don't want their 4Runners to look like "soccer mom" vehicles. I don't mind it at all as I have driven to 100's of soccer games over the years. This year Mrs. Engineer and I drove to a lot of games watching my son play. Places like Kansas City, New York City and Atlanta. My son's team went 19-2-1 on their way to a college national championship.

I am thankful for:
My son making it through the season with only minor injuries.
My daughter doing well and will graduate with her BSN in May.
My daughter spending her summer working in a clinic at 12,000 feet in Peru and making it back without being kidnapped.
Making it through from March - November mountain bike season without breaking any bones again.
My wife and kids being together over the holidays and everyone being healthy.

God, family, friends and health - the most important things in life.
Here are a few pics from our soccer travels this season:

1engineer well said. I love being apart of this forum. I have made some new friends and thanks for all the help I have gotten here for you guys.
HAVE A GOOD HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!!!!!

p.s will 285's rub???????

Lol I asked that above! Sadly, no one ever got back to me on the subject and am now completely lost....

OWL facing out will cause 285s to rub, face the black sidewalls outwards and you're good to go captain. :caked:

Was going to make a long winded post wishing everyone here a merry xmas, but what's the point when it can be said in a few simple words. Just wanted to say that though we all have our rough moments here and there during heated debates, this place is still full of a bunch of great guys and I am glad to be a part of this forum. I hope everyone here has the chance to spend some quality time with their family and loved ones over this holiday season and create some ever lasting memories. I also wish everyone a healthy and prosperous new years. Stay safe!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

While I'm not nearly as well known and definitely nowhere near as smart as some of the guys on this forum, this his hands down one of the best forums that I frequent. You guys are all top notch and incredibly helpful, especially in ideas that cause money to separate from my wallet.

With that said, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to every one here.

I would like to say Merry Christmas to my "second family"....I know we fight, laugh, taunt and tease....at the end of day, I'm eternally grateful and humbled by the pool of talent that I have the privilege of interacting with on a daily basis.

Thank you, God Bless, and Peace on Earth, Goodwill Towards Men..

This place is the best! It has been incredible how real this community has become for me and the real (non-internet) friendships that have come from here. I've travelled across the country with guys from here, shared campsites, ran countless trails, shared beers around campfires, and talked on the phone through mechanical dilemmas (giving and receiving advice). Here's to a great 2014, new adventures, and new (internet, and sometimes real-life) friends!

I'm thankful for all the knowledge you guys have and share. In 2013 I replaced some bulbs with LED's, in 2014 the Rigid lights and likely a new rack go on along with a few other ideas, none of which would likely happen without all the info you guys provide.

Merry Christmas.

Christmas update. Taking a break here (the girls got up at 4:30 lol). I must have been bad this year, because I am in Calico Critter building hell.

Best thing was when my 6 yr old took the little fabric tent and put it on the roof of the Calico Car and said: "Look daddy- a rooftop tent!" :bounce:

Modder in training!

Merry Christmas from the TonyJ124 family! Hope you all got something that makes you smile. My 5100s and airlift bags will be here next week. :)

I promise this will be the last time I post a pic of the dog and tree!
