98 4runner, At first I drove with my heater on for the first time in a while.. for a couple of days.. I then switched back to using the A/C and nothing works(no green Light in cabin).. Check the fuse under the hood and its popped.. replaced it.. green light works, no A/C still...look around under the hood and the belt seems to be spinning freely, clutch and tensioner not spinning, just the belt spinning on its own and it doesn't look to loose.. ????
