A/C Fan blower not working

My fan is not working. Doesn't matter what fan speed setting. The A/C itself is cooling because I can feel cool air when driving and the vents are open. Twice the fan has kicked on after about 15 minutes of driving and everything works normally. LEDs and LCD show correct fan speed.

I've swapped some of the fuses that seem connected to the fan blower with no change.

I've looked around and found a few similar problems but they either are about different gens or talking about the motor only working on High or talking about the icing TSB. Mine isn't working at all and it's 90 degrees outside.

Anyone have ideas on other things I can check? Thanks in advance.

Unplug the fan blower. Probe multimeter into the plug that plugged into the blower. Turn fan on and see if you get voltage. If you get voltage the blower is bad, if you don't get voltage you have a problem upstream of the blower.

Closing this loop. Unplugged the fan blower and got a reading of 12.2 from the plug when I turned the A/C on. Removed the blower and it spun freely, so on a lark I plugged it in while holding the blower, and it worked fine. Spun up, changed speeds, totally fine. I ended up putting it right back into the dash, plugged it in and it's working fine. Maybe a wire was loose or something.

Thanks for the help!

Next time it doesn't work.......remove cabin air filter, and carefully flick the fan blades with a fingertip while the a/c is "on".

If it then blows......the fan motor is intermittenly bad.

Hope this helps.
