A fish story from Virginia...

Sparky - tried to beat your 51 pounder, but it was not meant to be. Got hooked up on a MONSTER that I could barely move, but lost him. Managed to catch 7 total, though...a few pics below. First two are flat heads...around 30 pounds - biggest flatties I have caught. Other pic is a 37 pound blue cat citation...he fought hard - fish looks a little small, but that guy is 300 pounds!

Nice fish, I was supposed to go today as well, but didnt wanna go in rain.. Flats are my fav catfish, i would like to get a monster one, but they are harder to find.

We didn't go on the striper trip...postponed until next weekend - hopefully. It's a friend of a friend's boat and he has been bailing lately. You don't happen to know anyone good who charters and doesn't charge an arm and a leg, do ya?! I read that someone caught a 74 pounder Friday - new VA record!
