plus I think the 886 coils I have up front are like 710lb's and they're crazy stiff lol

How crazy stiff? still daily drivable without armor and a winch up front? I don't think I would mind the stiffness up front because I like to feel the bumps in the road and everything, but are they too stiff? And yes I do plan on armor in the distant future.

they're still daily drive capable without armor, they were a bit to stiff when I originally had the sway bar installed. After removing the sway bar they became very manageable even without the proper weight loaded on them. As weights been added they've become better still.

I've enjoyed their stiffness as it makes for tighter handling and less body roll even without the sway bar.

Kewl, I was kind of hoping 35's lol. I don't know how folks manage to run a 35 though I am rubbing in my firewall under full stuff and lock with my 33's. Glad to hear you have some new shoes coming! I still need to get a full size spare. Maybe I should hit up Galloways,

yeah I have a bit more work to do before I can stuff 35's but I definitely wanted them. plus the ones I wanted were crazy expensive to lol.

Nice, Are those the 2.5's? how much thread is exposed? I have about 1/4" on mine and it netted 3.5" plus lift for me. put those babies on all ready!

seems to be about an inch or better worth of thread exposed, came like that out of the box. I'll just have to put them on an see where it sits then adjust it.

Mine are the 700lbs coils that's why. Mine say not to go beyond an inch of exposed thread and that's with the weight of bumper/winch added. Yours have the 650 lbs coil weight so that changes the height a little with the exposed thread. It should tell you the max exposed thread in the paperwork or directions, lol.

evidently toytec doesn't pass info along with there radflo's like that it only had warranty info nothing about install proceedures or anything of that sort. I would have to contact radflo and get that info.

as far as exposed thread, I would go with the "No greater than an inch..." but you will notice a significant amount of lift for every 1/4 inch you crank 'em down.

Did you order from Toytec specifying the OW values ?

The amount of thread cranked down will be double the height gained, thus if you crank 1/4" you will have 1/2" of lift gained. Also, the drivers side should be 2/16-3/16 more thread showing then the passenger side to account for the lean. At least that has been my experiance,

When I recieved them they had well over an inch of exposed thread. After install it set me just a bit higher than I was with the OME struts. I didnt adjust them any I'll need to crank on them and even them out side to side. I have a diff drop installed so I can go a little higher than the standard 3" max over stock and still maintain good CV angles.

Yeah I'll get to the joy of adjusting them tomorrow afternoon after my tires get installed, then it's off to the alignment shop to get everything dialed in again. oh and I'll have to repeat the process once I add the bumper in a few weeks lol

Radflo suspension complete!











Got everything installed last night. It only took about an hour per side then a extra hour to clean up the shop and put the tools away not to bad at all. without adjustments just installing them the way they came from toytec my fender hieght from ground is 39 3/8" driver 39 1/2" passenger. (also running a 1.25 inch BL and sitting on bald tires so I should see 40-41 inches of finder height from ground after everything is dialed in.)








Of course I had to test out the flex a bit. lol
