So a search of the inter web yielded no results and me being me I didn't find a post in the forum. I want to finish blacking out the runner and need to remove the interior rear panel on the tailgate. Anyone done this? How much of a pain in the arse is it and what tools do I need. Thanks

Thanks Antman, I thought you might have a good solution photo file out there.
As for my plans, lots of black Bedliner have been applied, the rear chrome is the last remaining shiny bit. Black ProComp wheels went on yesterday and I am almost done with the custom cross rails I welded up to hold my 18cube Skybox and my SUP side by side. Should be able to photo it all once it gets a bath this weekend. The kid is finally old enough where I actually can do work while she plays so little projects are getting accomplished.

To anyone removing plastic interior panels do yourself a favor and get a set of plastic tools like this. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HPDK5CS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Panels can be removed very easily without damaging the plastic like a screwdriver or other hard instrument will do. I recently got this set to install my dash cam and wish I would have gotten a long time ago.
