A positive review on Jason Burtman.

Hi guys just thought I'd let you know my good experience with burtman industries.
I ordered a JAOS spoiler from him with the painted to match option and the red lens. The spoiler was painted in a very timely fashion and shipped out really quick. When I got the spoiler there was some instructions that really helped on the install, and it was packed pretty decently.
After all that I realised that the spoiler had a few small nicks in the paint on the corner from the shipping, I called Jason up and he was very nice about it he apologized and even refunded some of the money I paid for painting. even though it was not his fault on the nicks.

I personally was treated very well and I would do business with him again.

I saw the spoiler, it looks great. Well worth the wait.

I know that Jason has received critical reviews of his business practices on T4R (and most had standing merit for such IMHO) but it is a good thing to hear that maybe he has turned over a new leaf, gotten all his ducks in a row, etc.

Yes I have heard about the negative reviews but maybe he has as you said turned over a new leaf. He was really nice about everything.

Huh, I though Burtman Industries had discontinued that spoiler. I gots to get me one of those

I ordered one as well, he was on top of it. Very helpful getting the paint color right. He called a couple time to double check things, and a follow up after it arrived. It showed up perfect...! not issues at all. He was real easy and strait up to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.

He has those spoilers with him when they're ordered, since he had to order them tailored to his specifics. The other stuff comes from manufacturers in China and other random warehouses. He's a drop shipper who charges outrageous prices for cheap shit.

I will never buy anything from that terrible person who does a terrible job running his ultra high markup based business

How about an overpriced set of poorly described stainless sill guards?

Why not spend 3 times the usual cost and get some chrome "stealth" bulbs?

Finish that up with not receiving your overpriced stainless exhaust order for a few months. They still have to "make it."

Lying sack of garbage, you all are fools if you buy more from him. Count your luck with that spoiler, it's the only thing decent he sells (and about one of the only things he actually puts in his hand before it makes it to you, if it makes it to you)

Exactly I totally agree about the other stuff he is just a "middle man"
That's why I didn't order anything else from him because the spoiler is the only thing WORTH the money you pay to him.
But even with all the other stuff he gave me great customer service.

I was merely letting others know how my experience, purchasing a rear spoiler was. The price didn't seem to me to be bad at all, especially when it came color matched. But whatever, that was my .02.
