Went to leave for work this morning and I wasn't able to shift out of Park. The engine started fine, but the ABS, Multi Terrain Select, and Hill Assist lights were all on on the dash. The information display said something like "Multi-terrain select not available". Turning the engine off and on again a few times didn't have any affect.
I was able to use the little release button under the little cover next to the shifter to get it into neutral, then start the engine, then put it into reverse. The second I moved all of the lights went out and everything seemed to be A-OK again.
Anyone else ever have this happen?
It's only happened to me once now, it was fine coming home from work.
I haven't been off-road in a while, and haven't hit anything, so I doubt the ABS wires got mangled.
I'll update if it ever happens again.
