ABS Switch - Easy, effective and simple

Looking for some general ABS knowledge.

I understand the ABS is essentially a collection of computer controlled electromagnetic solenoids that push and pull the "valves" against springs. Hypothetically if you were to remove solenoid module, can the valves be pushed by hand? or does that take a lot of force?

I'd like to revisit this, Sounds like this is a logical solution for those that have RR DIFF LOCK and all of the associated components in place and have grounded the Blue/red wire(diff lock anytime below 5mph in 4R's), I have 99 LTD with all of the above and would like the abs light to come on ideally, but I'm getting mixed feed back reading this thread, I would be ok with the results of what was originally posted but wanted to clear a few things up if someone can help.

The 99 4wheel drive control/RRDIFFLOCK is black plastic #89533-35070/#179600-0201

Questions

Does one TAP/splice into the Yellow/blue stripe#1 wire with a switch of choice that is grounded?.

Or Does one cut the Yellow/blue wire and connect the switch to the plug side/4WD/RRDIFFLOCK LOCK ECU and ground the other side of the switch of choice(Leaving the other cut end of Yellow/blue wire unattached)?.

Will my ABS light illuminate on the dash(good indication abs is non functional)?

Has anyone done this without a hiccup and a functionally disabled ABS, illuminated.
