Hmm.. all I know is Tapatalk sometimes has issues with pdfs. I know my link was opening on a pc. As I verified it. Maybe the forum just acting up..

Lol. I would say the forum has an issue or just an issue on this thread. Poor Scott doesn't stand a chance.. Even the forum is fighting against him.

I did the exact same thing with mine. It's not you or your procedure. Works for test. Close out go back in poof broke again...:/

Yea none of the links work on PC, weird. Here's a screenshot of a '97, should be the same
Are we 100% sure the AC amplifiers are the same in a 1997 and a 1999?
I only ask because the multiplexer communication circuits start in 1999
Now i would suspect the 1996 thru 1998 maybe the same parts.
