AC "high" speed not very high

My '03 developed a little rattle in what sounds like the blower fan during the winter. That doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. But now during the summer it doesn't seem like high is blowing as forceful as it once was? Is this an easy fix or complicated/expensive?

Well, I'm embarrassed to say that was the solution. I thought for sure it hasn't been that long since I last replaced it. I replaced the cabin air filter along with recharging the freon which improved the cooling and now it's back to blowing with the force that I am accustomed to.

glad it was the simple solution, we all forget to check the easy stuff first sometimes
