AC Wiring help!

I'm finally working on the ac system of my 93 4runner after it never working the 4 years I've had it. The previous owner toasted the compressor clutch and that's all I know.

So last month I did a motor swap with a newer 3.0 and was able to do my 5speed swap at the same time. While I had it apart I put in a new heater core and CV axles and some other small stuff that was made even easier with no motor or transmission in the way. The way I did the swap requires NO electrical work, so I never cut or spliced any wiring.
Well one thing I was able to do was a 134a refrigerant conversion. I was sure to clean everything well, got a new filter/drier and new o rings on everything. The best was that the motor I got was out of a 95 pickup which had a 134a system so I didn't have to clean out the compressor.

So yesterday I went to one of my dads friends shop who has a machine for 134a systems to get it charged up. The system passed the vacuum test and took 1.74lbs of refrigerant with no leaks. He has me start it up to kick on the compressor and nothing. The switch didnt even light up. He printed me out a wiring digram of the ac system to start checking stuff.

I've checked the fuses behind the glove box, and used a test light to check for power at the switch and nothing there. The blower works fine. I've read about jumping the magnetic clutch in order to get the refrigerant circulating due to one of the pressure switches not allowing the system to kick on like I should, and it sounds like it is not the best for the compressor.

So what I'm asking is if anyone has done/had something like this happen to them and if so did you get it working. I includes the wiring digram for others to maybe point out something else that I need to check.

Thanks for any input.

So after some more research I found that the ac amplifier (towards the bottom left on the wiring digram) is known to corrode and cause issues. Any idea how to test it? Also how could I test the heater relay?

Maybe not many people here have worked with the wiring of the ac system but I got it figured out.

When the compressor clutch burnt up the precious owner removed a blue relay from the driver side fuse block in order to prevent the system being able to turn on. The second thing was the ac cut relay for the automatic trans had to be jumped. Kicked on right away.
