Acceleration issues

Hey guys, I have an 87 that's been having trouble accelerating.. Once I get up to speed it's fine, it's just getting up there takes awhile. A friend told me it could be my O2 sensors, but I'm just not really sure. Any help is appreciated.

Which motor is it? It could be a number of things....... any more clues?

Thanks! I have the 4-cyl 22R-E. The problem kind of just randomly started. It accelerated fine on the way to a friends house, but when I left the 4runner took quite awhile to get up to speed. It seems to struggle until it gets up to about 25-30 mph. Thanks again
