Add oil after evacuating ac?

I have had issues with my ac blowing warm and have decided to do evacuation and see if it holds vacuum. If it does, I will refill with r134a. I see no signs of leaks. I had been having warm air and checked pressures. Both sides were low. I added some refrigerant and it has been good for 2 weeks.

I bought an electronic leak detector and found no signs of leaks anywhere including evaporator. I would like to do full evacuation, check for leak and then recharge.

If I have not removed any components and have no major leak, should it add any oil to system? I have read where I should only add refrigerant but I have also read where the evac could remove some of the oil.

A full evac will pull quite a bit of oil out. Most refill cans will contain roughly the appropriate amount of oil though. They should state if they're refrigerant only.

Thanks. I've seen cans that have 2oz of refrigerant mixed with 2 oz of oil. Should I use one of those and then refill the rest of the refrigerant?
