That's not the point, I received a product that was incomplete. I shouldn't have to spend more money to make it complete and functional. I've waited 3 weeks for a response from them, how long is a reasonable time to wait for a response? The credit card company gives you 8 weeks. I'm not gonna lose sleep over it, but I have to say that I will never buy another product from AOR again and if anyone ask about my bumper I will steer them away from AOR. Customer service and product quality as a whole has gone down the toilet in this country, not just AOR.

I get the point of the whole situation your dealing with, it's a PITA.
You could have waited to do the local fab work till you heard from AOR, you didn't thats where you decided to throw good money after bad. Don't get pissed at me for saying that, ight. In this day and age doing business over the internet we set ourselves up for just this kind of thing to happen. Is it right, oh hell no, is what it is though. As I said before good luck hope AOR makes it right. Will I buy from AOR again, your case may be a determining factor for alot of folks.
 
It's really unbelievable that a shop is sending bumpers out like that. The whole plate missing is kind of a big deal [emoji23]

It is for me.

I get that a small operation has a long lead time and that's to be expected in this industry, but that is a poor excuse for shoddy quality control and an unacceptable excuse for going 3+ weeks without a response. 3 business days is borderline unacceptable, much less 3 weeks.

I checked their website this morn it says they are open for business again as of Tuesday. Maybe the move is the holdup with comms. If nothing good comes of this take it as lesson learned, never trust nobody.
Pelfry did folks flat out wrong, if you haven't read on Tacoworld you don't know how bad they royaly F---'d people intentionaly. There are similarities.
 
This doesn't look good for AOR but they update their Facebook page everyday promoting their bumpers so they are around. They should never ignore their customers. That's unacceptable.

Hell yes call them out!!! Only way I see he can do that is get on FB light it up.

We are relying on supposedly honest people in a dishonest world in some cases.

Thanks for this advice. I ended up filing a claim with my cc company just for the $100 it cost me to correct the bumper. I just received word from the cc company that I am getting my $100 back.

I know $100 isn’t a lot of money, but the mere principle of AOR not responding to me and trying to rectify the situation is what pissed me off. AOR was not deserving of the $100 I had to pay out to complete their work.
 
Looked at AOR's website this morn, they have welder help wanted add on FB.
They upping their game for faster production, place your orders guy's.

Yeah, I'm having some issues with them as well.

Been nearly 12 weeks and I've gotten no response from them at all.

I wonder if I'm outside my time window to file a complaint to the CC company
