Advertisement hiding "Thread Tools" dialog box.

Hello,
The advertisement in the top center of all the main thread listing is hiding "Thread Tools" dialog box. I can click on "Thread Tools" but the dialog box opens up underneath the ad so it can't be seen or used.

How can I access Thread Tools? My goal is to subscribe to certain threads.
