After checking fuses, No Power

I was checking the fuses on my 03 V8 AWD because the rear window stopped working. Once a member put me on to "Normalizing", the rear window and the rear wiper works fine. Now the problem is I started driving but had no acceleration. Is there a procedure I have to do to reset whatever I de-set?

I would go back and check any of the fuses that you pulled to look at, and make sure that they are pushed in all of the way.

When I had to replace my faulty A/C Relay a few weeks ago, I pulled a few other nearby relays in order to get a grip on it. After I put all the fuses back in their places and turned on the ignition, the T4R would not start (just sputtered).

I went back and pushed a little harder on all of the fuses I had removed, tried the ignition again and it started up as usual.

Hopefully this is the type of problem that you are having as well - a simple fix.

maybe do a complete reset of the electronics by pulling the + cable for a few minutes and putting it back on. press the brakes while the cable is off to use up any residual juice.

You were right. I had a fuse out of position, now the car runs fine. However, I still have the "VSC TRAC" & "VSC OFF" lights and the engine check light to contend with.
