Aftermarket Fog & Signal in Stock Bumper?

I've done some poking around, and I can't find much about replacing OEM fog/turn signal assemblies in the OEM bumper with Rigids, Baja Designs, etc.

For example, only model I can vouch for would be '04, and you have one section for fog, and one for turn on each side. Replace each side's section with a set of D-Series like D-Series | Spot Surface Amber Black | Rigid Industries

It'd be pricey, but I think it'd look better than replacing with projectors or other bulbs. Any info, input, pictures, etc is welcome and appreciated.

I've been looking for a solution to this as well. I'm currently planning on replacing the driving and fog lights with dual LED pods. Then I'll be putting panarema shrouds with switchback LEDs to go around the retrofit projectors in the headlights as blinkers. I'm hoping to do this in the next couple of weeks.

I plan to fill the gaps around the pods with custom built black housings to make it look more complete.

There is a guy on the forums that has made 3D printed inserts to replace the fog lights with LED pods, but I don't know if he ever 3D printed inserts for both lights.

Here's pictures of me playing around with the pods (I plan to fill in the gaps around the pods with black inserts I make). In this picture I was planning on using one of the LED pods for the blinker like normal but it was way too bright.

Do you know who makes the 3D inserts to replace the fogs with LED pods? I've been wanting to do this to my 04' for soooo long now. Your setup looks amazing btw. When complete, you should do a write up. [emoji106]

I’m resurrecting an old thread here as I’m suprised there’s no great options for modifying the lower fog lights and turn signals. [MENTION=107223]AllVol87[/MENTION] [MENTION=146970]techoguy[/MENTION] not sure if you ever found a better solution but this seemed like a cool solution for those who don’t want to go with an off-road style bumper replacement. There is a cool product from another thread here


on modifying the fog light with a 3D printed bezel housing which you can find purchase here

But what would be even better if there was as bezel you could use to add rigid or Baja light in both fog light and turn signal locations.
