I'm not a big fan of dark rims, but those are the best I've seen so far. Reminds me of the stock TE rims and still looks like it *might* be TRD if it weren't for the AR logo.

Alot that draws me to a wheel besides looks is how easy it is to clean. I've always hand washed my vehicles at least once a week and man these with the teflon coating and no spokes would be an easy 15 second wash, like your TE's are.
Once you've had spoked wheels,like a BBS or something, and had to sit there and clean brake residue/dust from every little spoke ,nook and cranny by hand, you don't EVER go back.

I'm looking at getting these. According to Tirerack's website they fit 2010 LTD 4Runners (used their search by specific car function). I want them in 20x9" to fit my tires better.
However, according T4Fun and harper7 the specs are too big for our trucks.

Backside Setting: 5 3/4"
Offset: +18mm
Bolt: 6-5.5
X Factor: 45.5mm (what is this?)
Bore: 106.1mm (site says includes 106.1mm to 78mm hubring)

if they're on the TireRack site, and you spec'd the 4Runner Ltd, then they should fit. It says right on those Gauntlet specs that they'll fit 245/60-20's. And I think I'd recommend buying the installed TPMS for the extra cash. Love those wheels btw. I'd personally take the ATX Artillery in Matte black.

i dont know if i would trust the website completely. i have a set of fj rims, and measured them myself. backspace for sure is 4.75". anything more than that and you may have rubbing issues with the wheel pushed in more towards struts

Since this is the Aftermarket Wheels thread, I felt obligated to post pics of Scotty's wheels. I like them a lot, but I just wish I knew what they would look like on a mag gray SR5! (I also wish they made them in Matte Black as I'm not too fond of Glossy Black)

I have taken them through the snow and large puddles =) They have handled very well. I was told to get them siped, as that will help with icey conditions.

i called tirerack and talked to a couple guys and both said they would never recommend a wheel if it didn't fit the car, but i just needed some opinions from here.
i'm liking the atx artillery also, but i prefer the angular look of the gauntlet over the curved look of the artillery. i want to match the rugged and angled body of my ride with a wheel of similar style, but that's just me.
I'm having a hard time deciding if i want zero or +18mm offset though.

i really like these wheels and considering put 275/65 on 18x9 rims.
was concerned however about valve stem. it sticks up straight out. Anyone know if this is a problem to transfer the OEM tpm sensors to this type of orientation, or would I have to get new ones. The OEM rims have valve stems that angle out vs these that stick straigth up.
never mind, found my answer. damn! cant use these rims either. tpms not compatible with "straight up' orientation.

Those are aluminum alloy. Those are pretty common. Just look up "Oem 4runner wheel","Tacoma wheel" or FJ wheel on ebay. As long as they are 17 inch as our 5ths brakes are bigger and need at least 17's ,they will fit.Like this? Cool thanks. I'm looking at the FJ/Tundra 6 spoke wheels and doing either a black or graphite. Hopefully a deal will pop up on craiglist here in socal for a set.
Tundra rims,for some odd reason are 5 bolt instead of 6 bolt so they won't work . 17 inch FJ's will work though.

gosh i really the fuel gauge rims. The big issue with these rims, they are not TPMS friendly, not to mention they are almost 300 per rim

Maybe someone in this thread can help me out with selecting some new summer wheels for my 4Runner.
Looking at a set of 22x9 wheels but I'm curious what is the offset range I need to stay in to avoid any rubbing issues with the suspension. Anyone know the weight or offset off the factory 17x7.5 SR5 wheels?
I know some people arent found of putting wheels this size but they are strickly going to be for summer and the stock with upgraded tires will be my winter wheels.

I really like the **** Cepek DC-2s in black but, I don't think they would work with my BFG AT 275s. They are 17" x 9" with 4.5" Backspace and a -12mm Offset.
What is the "backspacing" and "offset" of the FJ Cruiser rims you have for sale? I think it is 4.5" and +15mm. It should be on the back of the rim.
