Ha! You may be right, phillyd2. But this thread is about age, and to me, 4Runners are about appreciating quality...not just a vehicle as a faceless transportation module—but as something we can truly enjoy.

Kind of like what we should remember to do in life.

I'm still here, will be 78 in Dec. I just noticed that I'm alone in the Age Group. Runner is fine. It's a 2010 with almost 12000 miles. Don't go much as the Grouch has an Avalon to use if I don't go. When I'm with her we use the Runner as it has a lift for my Scooter

Just today we made a 100 mile trip to see a Doctor. He thinks I'm going to make at least 80 and maybe more!

If we drive 60 we get about 28 MPG. Driving 75 takes it down to about 22. Not complaining at all. :frog:

I check the Forum daily most of the time and enjoy most of what is posted. Some is over and beyond me.

Wish I was able as I like to look under every new vehicle, check for loose bolts, etc., and just get acquainted with the under carriage. Taught that when my Dad was a mechanic in the 40s.
