You have to bug him, it's him and his wife at the moment. I just got my suspension purchased and installed by him a few weeks ago

I understand his situation, but it's frustrating as a customer nonetheless.

I don't even know why you guys even bothering purchasing from this guy. He's been doing this for a long time.

trust me i know, I texted, emailed and replied to him on IG...seems to be the best way to get a hold of him.

Being the new guy here, everybody is always quick to point out who are the folks who sell what here quickly. Glad to see folks talking about the issues.
I too am self employed and can tell you that getting too many emails is a problem everyday I face. As a rule of thumb, I only check emails twice a day.
If it's that important call me!! I am busy too but give customers a realistic timeline when they can expect their product to arrive or be shipped.
On a side note, it looks like besides the custom wiring harness the other parts are being blind shipped from his suppliers.
Just be honest and let people know it's going to be 3 months or whatever the wait time is.
Like everybody, I can't run your business for you but at least letting people know this is a hobby business not a full time business would help. Just what I see as the new guy.

I don't mean to resurrect an old thread, but I have received some emails from Scott in regards to some products I was going to order before I saw this thread. He was pretty responsive to answer my questions before I placed my order, but it seems that the lead time for the bezels is about 4-5 months.
I'm not bashing on him in any way...I just wanted to give anyone who was contemplating purchasing the bezels an idea of how long it would take for them to be received.

Same Boat - Waiting on a June 2018 Order
I was aware of this thread & read his explanation & went ahead anyway with the order. I received the Diode Dynamics stuff right away as well as an LED Light. I ordered in JUNE 2018 & I’m still waiting for my bezels. I’ve sent an email, politely worded, inquiring about ETA, once a month since October 2018. It’s now January2019 - still no product & all emails have gone unanswered. I am currently hoping it’s still just delayed & not effectively stolen money at this point. At 7-8 months & no reply I’m trying to decide when & what my next step should be. Sad really as I would be satisfied with an email reply with an excuse and some kind of ETA if only to have my order acknowledged.

My buddy and I both ordered our bezels beginning of February 2018. I got fed up around November and cancelled my order, my friend just received his bezels a week ago. So if you ordered in June, I wouldn't be expecting them anytime soon.
As far as contact, the guy posts on a bunch of 4Runner Facebook groups daily. The only way to get in contact with him is to publicly call him out on one of the groups. That's how I got my refund after 2 months of trying to get it done privately between email and phone. Kinda sad but I guess that's what it takes.
