air bags with spacer lifts

I am seriously considering a 2/1 spacer lift from cornfed, but I do tow a 4000 lb boat (boat and trailer) regularly. I would love to also install airbags in the rear. is this a possibility? or once the spacers are placed is it impossible (non-compatible). Also if the airbag is listed at 1000 lb capacity is that referring to the weight at the tongue or overall trailer weight.

i am getting ready to do the same thing but a cornfed 3/2 and i also pull a 4000lbs boat...im considering the air lift 1000, it's cheap, easy to install, and does what we are looking for. This should help. http://www.airliftcompany.com/al1000.html
