Air compressor 2019 R4

Since i have the regular 110v outlet i should be able to run a regular compressor for when i need to air back up. But i don't need a mammoth beast. Any suggestions?

I currently have a cheap 12V one that works fine, but will likely blow out if i try to air up 4 tires.

That outlet only has enough juice to power a small vibrator.

Well at least my GF will be happy. lol

Viair looks like a recommended company. A shame about the outlet, it is a 400 watts though so i would think it would be fine?

My 2.0cfm VIAIR 400C is fused for 30 amps, so probably takes about 25. That's around 325 watts from a 13V system. So, a 400 watt inverter should power something similar. The question would be, can you find a 120VAC compressor that is only 2CFM? Most of the small ones are usually 4 CFM or so, and probably take 10 amps at 120VAC, or about 1200 watts. Your inverter won't be able to power that.

I snagged a VIAIR 88P before my dunes trip and it worked out super well for the price. It's straight to the battery though, so not the outlet like you're asking...
