Airbag Locations

I am thinking about screwing a small hook/anchor point into the plastic trim above the side windows in the cargo area as an anchor for my pet barrier. I'm not positive if the side curtain airbags go back that far and if they do am I going to screwing into one. I don't have the third row if that makes a difference.

Bottom line, I do not see to much in the way of airbags for the back passengers. The "curtain" airbag seems to reach just beyond the top opening of the back door. The sensor module seems to be located just beyond the opening of the back door, located in the quarter panel. But until you take the panel off, exact location may be a problem. If you search Harpers posts, he did take that whole cargo area apart and added sound deadening material, he took some pretty complete photos in the process. Between all this information, should be enough for you to make a decision. Be safe.
