Alaska to Virginia Timelapse

Hey all, this is a timelapse of our travel when we left Alaska for Virginia...in February. There will be another 5 videos that I'll link below when complete. Make sure to select 1080p for the full effect (sorry for the shakes).

Although this wasn't recorded in my newer 4Runner, it was a close relation---FJ Cruiser. Tires were Goodyear SilentArmor.

Cool videos. We drove Dawson Ceeek to Dawson City a few years ago (in the summer). Will keep an eye open for when you pass through Dawson Creek, assuming that is the route you take.

cool. What equipment and what were your photo timing settings?

I used an older Canon point-and-shoot camera rubber-banded to a sponge on my dash. That camera worked with and allowed install of chdk. That allowed me to set a timer for every 2 seconds and displayed the card and battery status. I then used Picasa to create the video at a setting of 22 fps. hoto:
