A month ago I picked up a 2014 LE in blizzard pearl. Gave it a 3" lift and some new shoes - Black Rhino Sidewinders and Cooper AT3s in 285 70 17s. Bought a Gobi ladder and a camelback drabbits rack (actually arrived today).
Now the bad news.
My wife was picking me up at the Toronto airport last night - highway driving about 70 in the far left lane. A Corolla lost control and tboned her. Totalled his car. Made a real mess of the 4runner.
She's perfectly ok. Shaken up. Grateful to be in a solid heavy truck. Can't imagine how things might have turned out if she was driving out other car.
It's going to be quite a while before there's a pic of my "used to be pretty runner" on this board...
