AM/FM strange noise through speakers

Long story short, suddenly I'm getting some weird distortion in my speakers, a similar sound to when you're talking to someone on the phone and they're having wind blowing over the microphone. It happens when sitting still as well, so it's not actual wind noise.

I got in a slight wreck on Sunday, no body damage but smacked a wheel pretty hard and busted a CV boot and not sure if there's anything else broken there, it's going to the dealer tomorrow. Is there anything radio related near the driver side front wheel? Antenna wire come loose?

Going through satellite radio and through my phone sounds fine, only happens on AM/FM radio.

Update, only seems to be coming from the driver side speakers/and or tweeter. This is baffling to me.

Maybe a ground got shifted in the wreck you had?

its in your head. or If you want to have fun with this; 1 .blow some money and go to the stealership and they'll you whats up from a toyota level 10 master tech blah blah.... 2. change that speaker, change the headunit, blow more $$$.

I really recommend putting all the sound through that one speaker and see if there are any "wierd sounds" that will really tell you if its the speaker or your in your head.

re read your post about wind blowing, check your firewall seal, check if its making this sound when moving at high speed as opposed to stopped. could be a break in a seal somewhere that it letting air in.

This is what I'm thinking, if I put power to only the right side speakers there's no noise, if it's only on the left, or on both, I can hear it.

It's definitely not wind noise, it happens when sitting still as well.

Anyone know where the antenna grounds/gets power from?
