Am I missing a bolt? & PS vac line input

I'm in the process of doing a TB/WP/etc. swap on my 97 T4R 3.4 and think I maybe missing a bolt.

I have a hole just above the thermostat, but no extra bolts in the bin from removal. Sooo which raises the question, am I missing a bolt or is it a hole that may have not been used.

Also, the vac line coming from the intake goes which side of the PS pump? Drivers side or Pass. side?

Is the empty bolt hole in this pic? If not post your own pic of what you are asking about.

Note: This is how my thermo was when I opened it up. The jiggle valve (little hole at the top) is supposed to be on the bottom.

Thanks for the help! The bolt hole I'm refering is to the left of the upper thermostat bolt. I want to say its been gone for awhile...the surface area where the bolt would seat is dirty.

That's one of the waterpump bolts. You should get a new bolt for that if you don't have one.
