Ok so I feel the need to address my last comment. It is a little abrasive and unexplained.
Between Ndecent feeling that only racist people hate Obama and it's solely because of the color of his skin. (He is 1/2 white BTW) is super closed minded. By that logic when black people didn't like Bush was it because he was white?

And Hikenbike saying that the link I posted was not worth reading because he thinks the person who wrote the article is a wench and I am assuming the question mark after the "woman" in the post meant you were questioning her Sexuality? Did I get that correct. And you obviously think Hannity is a lying individual. As per previous Hikenbike form I doubt you will even attempt to justify or rationalize these statements but rather go out side and take a picture of a building and say everything is ok. But should you do something different and attempt to back up your statement. Please explain how Anne Coulter is a wench. And how Hannity can not be used as a reference. If you have legitimate reasons I would love to hear them. If it's solely because you have a fundamental disagreement with them that you decide to slander them, well that give us good insight to your true person.

I posted the Anne Coulter article because I felt it listed several points that the MSM won't report. Not saying I'm a fan of hers. But I am open minded enough to know I don't know everything so the best thing to do is look for other sources and read them. You don't have to believe them at all. But the more information you can take in on a subject the better chance you have of making an informed decision on the subject. That's why I try and read as many sources as I can regardless of the political orientation they may have.

As to my brainwashed liberal comment let me expand it to brainwashed individual if you are unwilling to read other sources that contradict you own personal beliefs.

I don't think the vetting process is a joke. I think the US does a much better job of it than most other countries. As they do at integrating these refugee's once they arrive. Europe is another story.

You've subtly shifted the debate though, I have never been advocating for open borders or to let in all refugee's. I'm not even opposed to more thorough screening for those from high risk countries, my point was that it was ignorant to ban all muslims. Most of your argument seems to be against points I'm not making.
 
Ok JD I actually wasn't real addressing you in the comment I touched ndecent and Hikenbike. But on you comment on immigration screening. Why is it that we are constantly being told by whistle blowers in CBP that massive amounts of sick refugees are being bussed around the country from Mexico and further south countries. We have had more TB outbreaks than anytime in recent history. More random smaller outbreaks we haven't seen in a long time. The current POTUS is using the espionage act to prosecute whistleblowers. That's a little petty to prosecute CBP and reporters under espionage charges. And why because they felt it was their duty to report to their fellow citizen what was going. When they did it to Nixon they were hero's. When the do it to this administration they are criminals. Sorry tangent. But I was not trying to shift your argument. But the fact that the health screening are not being done on a whole level and the FBI and homeland both say better screening needs to be done for Muslim refugees should say something. Just because they are doing something and it is better than most of the other world. Doesn't mean that we shouldn't continue to improve it.

A building? That's not just a building. It's the single strongest building on Earth and an absolute symbol of strength, innovation, perseverance and freedom. We will NEVER forget.

To some here who suggest our national defense and law enforcement, investigation, and intelligence authorities are weak is irresponsible and ignorant. Is everything perfect? Of course not......perfect doesn't exist. Live you life elsewhere in a better place if you can't appreciate what we have.

I'm all for varied news sources. I'll read some brietbart, /conservative Reddit, sometimes will tune into some Glenn Beck (more for entertainment) or even listen to Rush in the afternoon.

Coulter though is absolute scum.

We call on our party’s elected leaders to renounce their support of Donald Trump, and urge our fellow College Republicans to join us in condemning and withholding their endorsement from this dangerous man. The conservative movement in America should not and will not go quietly into the night. A longtime student of American democracy, Alexis de Tocqueville once said, “America is great because she is good. If America ceases to be good, America will cease to be great.”

De Tocqueville believed in the United States. Americans are a decent people. Well this letter fairly well backs up what I said earlier that Trump was a liberal and not a conservative. Can anyone provide a date when this letter was written. If it was recently written it's a little late. Let's not forget you pretty much have to be a lawyer affirmed with Harvard or Yale connections to become president of the United States of America.

Where was this society when we didn't have a republican candidate last time or the time before that. McCain, Romney, both big government profs that would have continued the distraction of the "republic" the mentioned. It's sad Rand Paul and Gary Johnson were the 2 closest people we had too conservatives.

It's really sad that it takes a college society to write a letter for some people put stock in when they refuse to look at anything else.

He does have a plan to fix this btw. It's called making us a manufacturing country and stoping outsourcing. Withdrawing from treaties that appear to have very little benefit for America or dramatically favor the other countries they are made with. Will it hurt to start with. Sure. Going to suck actually. But it's not like it's something we can't or haven't done in the past. We have always been a manufacturing exporting country. It wasn't until the late 60's when that somehow became unfair to the rest of the world. Well who cares if it's unfair to the rest of the world. Now it has become unfair to us and do you see the people who took our place as manufactures saying. Ok we understand and will do something to stop manufacturing so much stuff so you can have a piece of the pie again. NO! That would be stupid, terrible business, and very poor towards your countries GDP. So it's time we help ourselves.

As to the khan family gold star mother statement. Is she a member of the group? If she is she is clearly violated one of their policy's.

As to the fact that she and her family are using their dead son as a political token, where were they when Obama withdrew from Iraq? Or when he started sending troops back over there? They were silent. This silence speaks volumes to me. They are using him as a way to push their agenda. Is he a hero to me? YES. Any American that is willing to put their life on the line in service to their country is a hero. Do his parents deserve respect? Yes. Does their actions of using their dead son as a political token deserve to get a pass? No. We all have to be held responsible for the actions we make. If they had started this right after they lost their son they would have a lot more credibility in my eyes. But they go mainstream during a presidential election. Well that tells me they may have other motives. I am sorry for the sacrifices that the Khan family made. But I am not sorry for them getting spotlighted in the media and their motives questioned. That was their choice and now we have to wait for the chips to fall where they may.
