Amp & Speaker Question

Need some help from those you have upgraded their speakers in a 4th Gen. 4Runner.

I got a Stealthbox for the 4Runner so when I put this in I want to upgrade the speakers in the doors as well and power them all with more power.

So here are my questions:
1) How do I put 6.5 components into the 6x9 speaker hole? I have heard of TacoTunes (?), but are their other options? Is this the best route?

2) I want to power up the Stealthbox and the components. Is it possible to do that with one amp, like a 4 channel? I would use 2 channels for the components and bridge the other two for the Stealthbox. I am not looking to win any competitions or anything, just wanted something to sound nice. If the answer is "Yes", any suggestions on brand? JL 300/4? PG? Diamond? Thoughts?

Metra makes a universal plate that mounts up to a 6x9 hole, and has cutouts to where you can mount either a 5 1/4" or 6 1/2" speaker in them, you just have to cut it out yourself. It is made of ABS plastic and is very durable. You could also take the 6x9s you pull out of your 4runner and trace them onto a piece of MDF wood and then in the center of that cut out the hole for your components, which is how I do it at work.

As far as the amp goes.... a 300/4 is a badass amp, BUT if you are putting it on a JL stealthbox for your 4runner, bridging 2 channels is not even close to the right amount of power. You'll only et 150 watts and the 4runner stealthbox holds a 10w3 which are rated at around 250 watts. You could do the JL 450/4 and run the front channels to the sub because they are 150 watts each, and then the rear channels to your front speakers. Personally I would do a 4 channel to your speakers then a separate mono amp for your sub. Say like a 300/4 with a 250/1 on your sub, or if you didn't quite want to spend that much go with the A4300 with a A1400 on your sub.
