Thanks, but can't help with the side skirt question anymore since they are now sitting in my storage closet.
 
OK now you got me rethinking about the rear shocks. I called another shop in Houston and they quoted me $630 for the parts / labor / alignment just for the front 5100. I think I might take care of my wheels/tires first and then the 5100's.
 
Quick question for you all:

Is it possible to install 5100's in all 4 corners and the airbags (airlift) in the back?
That would be the ultimate setup for my needs.

*Edit. Wait, you mean the ''Air Lift 1000'' bags into your rear coils -right?

I was so upset with the Giants loss today that I had to spend some money on my truck to emotionally move on. But just as I was about to checkout from Toytecs site with my Bilstein "kit" and 2" rear coils, I saw the coupon box and had a thought....Anybody have any discount codes I can use? It would be greatly appreciated!

Bilstein Height adjustable front and matching 5100 Rear shocks
Rear lift options: Rear 2 inch lift Toytec superflex rear coils


Couple of questions:

1) Will I be able to level the truck with this config. listed above?


2) I am doing this to my daily driver. Is there anything I should be aware about with a lift such as this? How will the ride change/feel coming from stock?

Doesn't the front Bilstein's on their own, set at about 0.85 level the 4 runner? Then, if you add the rear Bilstein's, you might have to set the front's a little higher to get it level. I am thinking the additional rear lift with the new coils may be to high for the front adjustable to compensate. I may be wrong here, but this is what I remember from some previous threads.

That is what i thought also. But needed to make sure regarding the additional 2" in the rear.
How about ride quality? I know it will be different, but will it be too hard for a daily driver?
Or should I skip the additional rear 2" lift and just go with the Billies all around?
Please give me your opinions, if anyone has done this or similar mod. Product is in shopping cart, waiting to be checked out. Thanks

Deka, I can't help you, I have not used either product. I am sure others can chime in. But I will make a suggestion. Do only the Bilstiens first, then if still not happy, get the new coils. No loss if you wait and see.

My Bilsteins are being installed today, I only did the .85 lift because I tow a camper and I still need some forward rake. I also use my Yakima rack for canoes and kayaks, so I am trying to keep the overall height with-in reason.

I did take some detailed pictures of the 4Runner at stock ride height and I will post some good before and after pics.

Not likely, since most stock 4Runners have closer to 2" of front rake. Its closer to level at 1.75" but some just go with .85" up front to still have just a bit of front dip. They could also lift the front 2.5" w/ the Billys and get 1" rear spacers to get the max lift and level out of the 5100's.
