I have the 09 TE with factory Bilsteins, does anyone know if these are the same as the FJC or would I be better off keeping them and just going with a spacer kit?

Your '09 has cooler shocks than most 4th gens but the same old 4Runner springs. If I had an '09 TE (which I wish i did ) and wanted to 'cheap lift' it I would try to include FJC springs/spacers but not the shocks. If I wanted more I might consider some Toytec springs in the rear and some OME 883's in the front as a more medium, fiscally responsible lift that used stock shocks. Next more expensive would be Toytec Ultimate. Money no object I'd be into the OW 2.0 or 2.5
