Assuming the price is negotiable, anything in particularly bad jump out at you? Can't tell for sure, but drivers side fender looks to be replaced/painted/slight mismatch on flare. Opinions appreciated. Thanks.

The front bumper looks like it might be misaligned a bit. The black painted bumpers/flares might have been done with that (possibly) replaced fender. Otherwise, it looks like a good truck. No frame pics, so check it just to be safe...

Funny thing on the bragging about the timing belt change - its almost due for another!

what [MENTION=139000]phattyduck[/MENTION] said and i would encourage you to drive it. i am not a fan of buying wthout driving. drive it at highway speeds to check for vibrations and steering play and general feel. also drive over bumps to see if you hear clanks how the shocks feel obviously timing belt also account for lbj's. check all functions of the truck like 4 wheel drive, brakes, ac, defrosters, wipers, washer fluid etc and before all that get the Vin and run a carfax report. Always negotiate the price even if you end up paying asking price.

A few immediate things that jump out at me. Dash trim panels are a a mixture of black SR5 and woodgrain Limited panels. The front bumper is lower on the drivers side. Lots of fresh "detail" painting of bumpers and side moldings. The hitch has been painted but someone couldn't take the time to remove the zip tie.

No mention of any recent service work, only the typical car flipper BS line about how these trucks are reliable and run forever. No mention if the AC works. The seats look nice and the outside look good. Even if the WP?TB service was done at 108K, it's just about time for anyone given it's current mileage. The ad just seems like another car dealer of sorts, I have less than zero tolerance for car flippers/salesman, so I take everything in an ad with a grain of salt.

Me personally, I'm not seeing a $6700 truck there but it might be the perfect car for somebody else.

I also saw the minty fresh hitch. The timing belt isn't a huge sell for me either since its a clearance motor. He is by admission a buy and sell car guy, w/lots of 3rd gens bought and sold. He's only 4 hours from me, so driving first is no problem. I also agree (assuming everything's good) that it's more of a $5k truck. Is the 4wd shift lever correct for a '97 ltd? My '97 was an SR5, so I'm not fluent w/Ltd's. Finding THE right 3rd gen is proving to be challenging.
