Another transmission flush or drain and fill thread

Continuing to not maintain it is not a solution, while a complete fluid exchange may be aggressive. A series of drain and fills is the most reasonable way to approach a transmission in this state. Use good quality fluid of the right type and watch your trans fluid temps.

I'm using Castrol Transmax Import Multi-Vehicle ATF but depending on what your dipstick says (my trans dipstick says Dex II or Dexron II,III) you can use something compatible
