I cleaned up the trim pieces under the newly-cut front bumper. Like I stated before- I used bedliner spray paint and came up with a simple solution to mount them.
They are screwed to the braces under the aluminum bumper - that was a no-brainer.
The outside now has longer screws in the lowest fender-liner holes. Then I heated and bent the trim pieces around the bolt. Now the bumper has the needed support and the trim pieces stay in place - but can still be removed easily. If they take a whack offroad they will flex and not be damaged. Mission accomplished for the front bumper.
In person this looks really clean, you can't see the trim unless you poke your head under there. I'm happy with it!

I, just a month ago bought a 2016 TEP white with kdss ( actually found one that was level I.E. no driver side lean) unlike the 2014 SR5 I had prevously. Anyway I have looked everywhere I.E. google search and not found an answer to my question, And you seem to have a wealth of knowledge. The question is this do you have any idea on how to quiet the hissing of the airpump when I turn off this truck. So far I have wrapped the entire pump with dynamat extreme and I don't think the pump is any quieter than it was before wrapping it. I hate to think I will have to live with this. I tryed to just unplug it ,was successful in quieting it but that set the check engine lite. If you have any ideas I would greatly appreciate them.

Buy a 2012(?) or before, other wise learn to live with it or.....
Not sure if there are flow/pressure sensors but if its just a "on/off" thing you could disassemble the pump and grind/cut off the impeller vanes so it just spins but doesn't move air, should shut it up.
