Any HID kits out there for 06' projector lamps yet?

D2S D2R and D2S

I've done some reading and want to try to 'rebase' a D2S (D2S bulbs are for projector and D2R are for reflector style headlamps) instead of a rebased H11 bulb. The reason why is that if there is too much bleeding past the cut off (glare) i would then probably do a full HID conversion and replace the projectors with the proper HID type. I plan on keeping the T4R for some time and want to do a conversion that works for me and others (i.e. not blinding oncoming traffic) and going with a rebased bulb does not give me an economical chance to do a projector conversion (I would have to discard the H11 bulbs and buy another set of D2Ss.

So I'm back to my response of 'anyone convert a D2S to H11 or find any type of adaptor'

I hope everyone knows that putting an HID bulb in a non-OEM HID fixture is illegal and you may have trouble when getting the vehicle inspected and possibly on the road.

Yes I have been blinded many times by idiots with regular halogen ballasts modding their lights. 06/07 T4Rs however have projector ballasts and as such looks factory

HIDs have to be self-leveling to be legal.
