I won a bid on ebay about almost a month now for a 99-02 hood with scoop and all the bulge inserts for $200.00 Bomb deal. Guess what i never got it. Sent the money through paypal. He gives me a run around he sent it. wont supply me with tracking number. Says he will get burned if he does...wtf...I called the pharmacy he dropped off my item for deliver. They got no documents of it. U.s Postal wouldn't ship out something that big. F.N A Hole. If he was closer i'll crack his head open. Will I get my money back after claim. What if he clears out his account.
Anyways any hook up out there. or no someone. Im in northern California. Ordering the parts and pieces will come way after if i cant find one already to go. Thanx

Just report it to Ebay as an item not received. You could possibly get all your money back through Paypal. You report the item as not received and the burden of proof falls on him. If he doesn't supply them with a receipt or a tracking number then he will have to pay. If there is no money in his account then you could still get all your money back. Paypal usually has guarantees for $200 or $2,000. I don't understand why people do this sh*t. They only screw over themselves in the end because you can't get away with such a thoughtless scheme. yeah man agreed from what the above said. Even if you used a credit card and you didn't receive the idem you can get refunded fully from the credit card company. Paypal is great on that kind of stuff. make sure you give that guy a nasty feedback so that nobody will buy from him. what a homo!
