Any issues with Aftermarket headlights?

Thinking of picking up a set of headlight assemblies IOT attempt to get rid of all the bling. Any cons to the aftermarkets? I have read that you cant bake off the lenses, soft yellowing plastic and moister issues, but have no experience with them myself.

Aside from the material quality, one additional thing to consider is the optical quality of the projector and reflectors inside the headlight. More often than not, the projector inside the headlight is not of the same quality as the OEM version. The outer appearance may appear to be the same but the internal parts of the projector are likely to be a cheaper non-OEM replica. The same goes for the high beam reflector although maybe not as much of an impact as the projector. This can greatly impact the performance of the headlight.

DIY 14-19 Toyota 4Runner Retrofit

Almost 500.00 for disassembled TYC lights that can be had for under 300.00. Add another 400 for morimoto projectors. Not sure what justifies the cost of the upgraded projectors.
