alright, Im bored....

Im looking for something new to do to my baby. Im thinking of custom fabricating a skid plate or toying with one of the few that are out there....any ideas are welcome or if you want to do this too let me know and maybe we can put our ideas together...

Im also looking for some good mats and dont know if the husky liners are to big and bulky or not. feedback would be appreciated...

also if anyone out there knows where I can find a handle to go above my door to help get in could you please let me know, I did a search and cant find anything on it....im not talking about one of those red and black swinging handles like you velcro to a jeep bar either....

The Husky liners are surprisingly thin (but tough) plastic and fit surprisingly well so they don't seem bulky at all. Have them in front and am planning on getting one for the trunk.

I have the Weathertech Floorliner, they are a little pricey, but they have a great construction and cover very well. They ride a little up the sidewall and cover some of the doorsill for complete protection.

yummm those are the best floor liners ive seen yet. ive been considering changing out all the carpet for something better. i dont know if adding some gucci fabric would be over doing it but i think having a pattern on it would look nice. i would deff need some good floor liners for everyday use.

I don't know if stores have them or not... No one in my area sold them, I bought them off the weathertech website. They are nice and thick and look exacty as they do in that picture. They also stay put and don't roll around. I wanted to see them in person before I bought them as well, but I was very happy when they arrived.

Just one caution - they are a hard plastic, and therefore might not give you the grip you are used to getting in and out.
