Anyone got a pic of BFG KO2 275/70R17 on your 4R without lift?

KO2 275 70 17 $684 + tax and installation for 4 tires on my 2011 Trail with KDSS
I'm loving these tires so far. The only real difference I can feel between the all seasons I replaced is that it takes a little bit more effort to stop due to the added weight. Definitely worth the trade off. Only had the truck for 4 days prior to switching, so can't speak to fuel mileage.
Now... To plasti dip the wheels and I'll be set for a while!

So, I loved these at first, but... After a few days the extra weight of the E rated tires was starting to get to me. I do 95% city/highway driving and was really regretting going with these. I love the size and wish they offered them in a C. I went back to Discount and explained that I wasn't happy with the feel and they swapped them with 265/70/17 in load range C with no questions asked.
The truck definitely looked better with the 275s (not drastically, but noticeable) and I'm sure it was a little more capable off-road, but the trade off wasn't worth it for me. In the end, I'm glad I got them switched out.

I'm in Littleton and I have the c load 265 on my TE and they feel great on the highway. Let me know if you want to dive mine to feel the difference.

A few weeks on mine
I had my tires on for a few weeks now. The ride is great I believe the performance is great but the mileage is not as great as I would like it to be but I consider that a trade off for the great looks. I run my tires at 44 psi and my mileage is roughly 17 mpg. my truck is completely stock and I have experienced absolutely no Rubbing with these tires.

@ socalrunner - Have you done any offroading on the new 275's? I see a lot of people with no rubbing issues, but nothing is said in terms of rubbing issues when off roading.
Curious if you have run into any rubbing issues while off-roading? I dont plan to lift so I am not sure the additional weight and potential negative effect on suspension performance is worth it from 265 to 275? Getting some KO2's this weekend and still on the fence. The 275 looks cool, dont get me wrong, but I dont want to sacrifice form for function.

I went with five because if I needed to use the spare while out on a trail I didn't want to be reduced to the stock rubber on a wheel. Discount Tire gave me $50/ea for the OE tires with 150 miles. Not great, but good enough to get five tires, installation, TPMS rebuild, and "no questions" warranty for $1000.

Im running 275 BFG AT KO2s with a 2" lift and I rub when backing up at full lock. FYI, im running aftermarket FN Pro 17x8 wheels. Every truck is different even with OEM suspension and wheels.
I have spent the last week here in Moab doing some pretty harsh off roading and havent heard it rub at all even at full compression. Ill tell you if you plan on really going off road every 0.5 inch counts when it comes to ground clearance.

Thanks, appreciate the feedback. Sounds like I may run into some rubbing when the suspension is fully compressed with the stock suspension, but the clearance is definitely an added benefit. I'd like to hear from anyone that's wheeled the 265 KO2's on the stock suspension and their feedback.

The truck looks rad though! Looks like youve done some wheeling and the suspension looks stock, any rubbing when the suspension is compressed? Also, did you notice much difference in performance, acceleration, and MPG? The engine isnt exactly a powerhouse. I had an 01 with 285's and that thing was a SLUG.

I am just back from Moab for a small peek into Easter Jeep Safari. I had to come back a lot earlier due to am emergency at home.
So, I drove from Montreal (Canada) to Moab on interstates, did some trails, and back home with mix of highway and interstate. Two adults onboard, loaded with luggage, recovery, and more, running on BFG KO2 275/70-R17 E load on stock rims, spare is also KO2.
Odometer was 100mi at start. Yes, it was a bit new, so for the first 1000mi, I vary the speed a lot.
Here my fuel consumption (mi/USG). Displayed is from onboard computer, corrected takes in account the tire size difference, calculated is from real fuel volume.
Toward Moab : displayed 17.7, corrected 18.0, calculated 18.7
Around Moab: displayed 15.7, corrected 15.9, calculated 15.9
Leaving Moab: displayed 18.4, corrected 18.7, calculated 19.1
Calculated is mostly always better then consumption shown. Is this consistent with what others are getting?

No Rubbing detected
I have done some off roading and the tires performed very well and with NO rubbing. Full cranks and articulation, didn't see, hear, or feel a thing.
