Anyone have this Rola cargo carrier?

After trashing the back of my truck after carrying some sod this weekend, I'm thinking of getting a hitch mounted cargo carrier. Looking for opinions of anyone that has this Rola carrier. Rola 59502 2" Steel Cargo Carrier - 2 Piece : Amazon.com : Automotive

I have it and I don't use it everyday but when I go on a trip with the wife and dogs (BTW The dogs get the whole back cargo area) I stack up on the wasted room by putting stuff on the cargo carrier.
